Help & FAQ
Answers about tracking, predictions, Mira, privacy, subscriptions, account deletion, languages, and when to seek medical care.
What should I track in Mere?
Log period start and end, flow, mood, energy, sleep, and symptoms that affect your day. You do not need to log everything every day — consistent check-ins over a few cycles are enough to see personal patterns.
How do cycle predictions work?
Mere estimates upcoming period and phase windows from your logged dates and typical cycle length. Predictions improve as you log more cycles. They are estimates for planning and awareness — not medical forecasts. If your cycle changes suddenly or feels unusual, talk to a qualified health professional.
What can Mira help with — and what are the limits?
Mira is Mere's AI wellness companion. She can help with everyday cycle questions: what your phase may mean for energy, gentle planning, logging tips, and supportive next steps. Mira does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, interpret lab results, or replace a doctor, therapist, or emergency care.
How is my menstrual health data protected?
Cycle and wellness logs are sensitive. Mere encrypts data at rest, keeps logs private by default, does not sell your menstrual health data for advertising, and gives you a clear path to delete your account. Mira conversations are not used for ads.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
On iOS, payments are processed by Apple (In-App Purchase). On Android, by Google Play. Some web checkout flows may use Stripe. We use RevenueCat to link purchases to your Mere account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or use Restore Purchases in the app. Refunds follow Apple or Google store policies.
How do I delete my account and data?
Account deletion is done in the Mere app: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated tracking data. You can also read step-by-step instructions on our account deletion page.
Which languages does Mere support?
The Mere app and this website are available in English and Romanian. Use the language switcher in the app or on mere-app.com to change language. More languages may be added over time.
When should I consult a health professional?
Mere is wellness and cycle-awareness guidance — not medical care. See a qualified clinician if you have severe pain, very heavy bleeding, sudden cycle changes, symptoms that disrupt daily life, concerns about PMS or PMDD, fertility questions that need clinical evaluation, or any emergency. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
